  • Buyer Found -- Offer made

    Once the price has been agreed to, contracts are immediately drawn up by the seller's attorney, sent to the buyer's attorney for his/her signature, then back to you, the seller, for signature.

  • The Approval Process

    Once the mortgage is processed and approved for the purchaser, the board interview (if applicable) takes place. Once the buyer is approved, your property is sold.

  • Closing

    The seller and the purchaser have a formal sit-down closing where documents are signed, sealed and delivered.
