Ralph is the Managing Partner at Sumitomo Real Estate Sales N. Y. and Director of the N. Y. International Sales Division for the firm. He has substantial experience in investing and selling residential and investment properties throughout New York City. Ralph, and his partner Mie Iwatsuki, focus on serving the needs of American and foreign buyers in their purchases of high-end NYC residential and investment properties. Prior to joining Sumitomo Real Estate Sales N. Y. he focused his efforts on his own real estate and technology investment company, Nexus Capital, Inc. He is a graduate of Brown University and St. John’s University School of Law.

Mie Iwatsuki is the Deputy Director of Sumitomo’s N. Y. International Division. She works with both American and foreign buyers to find the right fit for the residential and investment property needs. Prior to working at Sumitomo, Mie was very involved in the art world in Manhattan. Mie uses her keen skills honed in the art world when searching for the right properties for her clients. Mie helped specialists’ conduct research at Christie’s NY auction house, She has also curated numerous art shows and philanthropic projects through her company, Cocoa New York, including shows with a number of well known artists. Mie also served as a model to a number of prominent painters and photographers. Mie has worked in the real estate area in both New York and Japan. She speaks English, Japanese, and Mandarin. She is a graduate of both Nihon University in Japan and Hunter College in New York City.
